Clean using the supplied instructions.
Disconnect power and let the fixture cool before cleaning. Use the cleaning method approved for your particular model. Do not spray electrical connections or assume an ingress rating permits any cleaning method.
Keep the surrounding space clear.
Maintain the clearances specified in the installation guidance, and prevent dust or debris from accumulating around cooling surfaces.
Keep the product information handy.
Store your purchase records, model details and operating instructions together. When contacting support, include the model, description of the issue and photos of the equipment if useful.
